Margaret J. “Peg” Brown
Margaret J. “Peg” Brown, 86, of West Sunbury passed away Friday at Orchard Manor, Grove City.
She was born Jan. 24, 1931, in Butler, the daughter of the late Andrew and Madeline Cunningham Slomers.
Surviving are her husband, Victor R. Brown whom she married Oct. 1, 1947; her daughter, Sandra (Bill) Funfer of Boyers; three sons, Russell (Beverly) Brown of Renfrew, Kenneth (Deborah) Brown of West Sunbury and Alfred Brown of West Sunbury; two grandsons; four great-grandsons; two sisters, Ruthy Pollock of Butler and Patricia Slomers of California; and two brothers, David Slomers of Butler and Joey Slomers of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson, Eric Brown; two sisters, Mary Lou Thomas and Martha Kowal; four brothers, Terry, Andy, Tommy and Robert “Buddy” Slomers.
