Cranberry Township Supervisors took the following official actions Thursday:

- Granted conditional use to Dogtopia, a roughly 5,300-square-foot dog kennel at 802 Thompson Park Drive.

- Approved the conditional use and preliminary and final land development applications of Thorn Hill Sunbelt Rentals for an 8,847-square-foot heavy equipment sales, rental and services building at 215 Thorn Hill Road.

- Made three partial payments totaling $320,605.13 to Allegheny Excavating Inc. for MSA Thruway construction work.

- Approved a final payment to Russell Standard Corp. for 2021 crack sealing in the amount of $45,186.64.

- Awarded a contract to Allegheny Restoration Inc. for roof restoration of the Headworks Building at the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility in the amount of $114,778.50.

- Approved the following purchases:

- Two 2021 Ford Escape SUVs from Laurel Auto Group for $39,200.

- One 2021 Ford Edge SUV from Laurel Auto Group for $23,500.

- Approved the following bond releases:

- Partial, $172,745 release to Singer Construction for work completed on Laurel Pointe, Phase 1

- Partial, $1,925,495 release to FDG-CB PROPCO LLC for work completed on Village of Cranberry Woods, Phase 2A — Senior Living 3020 Fairpoint Lane

- Final, $53,139.14 release to BRP3 LLC for work on Drake's Carwash

- Approved a 12-month agreement with Delta Development Group to identify and procure federal funding for township infrastructure projects

- Approved a proposal from Fry Straka to update the Cranberry Highlands Golf Course Master Plan.
