Janet F. Davis, 72, of Butler died at 3:48 p.m. Thursday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born Jan. 12, 1941, in Cowansville, the daughter of the late Harry and Helen (Bowers) Flick.

She had retired from International Staple Machine Co. and loved baking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Harold Davis, who she married Jan. 24, 1962; her sons, Harold (Lisa) Davis Jr. and John Davis, of Butler; her daughters, Cheryl (Scott) Johnston of Chicora and Tracy Davis of Butler; her grandchildren, Amber Kastelic, Tyler Fencil and Emily Fencil; her brother, William (Diane) Flick of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Alice Johns; and her brother, Harold Flick.

DAVIS — The service and burial for Janet F. Davis, who died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, will be private.Arrangements handled by the Young Funeral Home, Butler.
