YORK — Danielle DePolo, 12, of Center Township took home three medals this weekend at the Keystone State Pennsylvania Figure Skating Championships.

DePolo won silver in the freestyle event while skating to the music “Hawaii Five-0” and also took silver in the open bronze freestyle to the music “Old Time Rock and Roll.” She claimed a bronze medal in the spotlight category to the music of “Waka Waka.”

DePolo, a seventh-grader at Butler Junior High, has been skating for six years and is coached by Marty Culbertson.

BC3 defeated by CCBC, 90-40Antawane Davis and Alec McDeavitt scored 12 points each, but Butler County Community College dropped a 90-40 decision to CCBC in men’s basketball Monday night.John Tyler had 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Pioneers.
