Donald L. Flick, 75, of Butler, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 10, 2023.

Donald was born in Butler on Feb. 1, 1948, son to the late Richard L. and Stella (Evans) Flick.

After graduating Butler High School, Don served his country honorably in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. Following the war, he worked at Armco for almost 45 years until his retirement.

He was an extremely hard-working, honest and loving man. He was known to be an amazing husband and excellent father. Don enjoyed anything outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, camping and boating. He was loved and will be forever missed.

He was the beloved husband of Judy (McKain) Flick for more than 50 years since their marriage in 1973; father of William Flick, Dana (Kristie) Flick and Timothy Flick; brother of Bob (Barbara) Flick; and grandfather of Zachary (Jordan), Lucas (Becky) and McKala Flick. He also is survived by three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward.

FLICK — Family and friends of Donald L. Flick, who died Friday, March 10, 2023, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

A funeral service and full military honors will immediately follow at the funeral home.

Burial will be held privately at Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery.
