Lawrence “Ted” Birckbichler Sr.

Lawrence “Ted” Birckbichler Sr., 82, of Butler passed away Wednesday at his residence.

He was born April 28, 1935, in Butler, and was the son of the late Theodore A. and Viola (Gray) Birckbichler.

Lawrence was a member of the Butler Moose Club and the Elks Club. He was a member of the IBEW Union. He had been a truck and bus driver for many years.

Surviving are five daughters, Jackie Birckbichler, Pamela L. Schuller, Sandra L. Matson, Terri (Lewis) Angerett and Holly S. Weiland, all of Butler; a son, Ted Birckbichler Jr. of Butler; 13 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three brothers; and two sisters.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Birckbichler, who passed away on March, 26, 1997; and a brother.

BIRCKBICHLER — Friends of Lawrence “Ted” Birckbichler Sr., who died Wednesday, April 4, 2018, will be received from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday at Young Funeral Home, 127 W.
