ZELIENOPLE — Lifesteps, in collaboration with PA Pathways and Butler County Early Care and Education Council, will host the 11th annual Building Bridges for Children Conference for early childhood providers from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 7 at the American Legion Hall, West New Castle Street.The conference features presenters from Butler County Children's Center.
