William “Billy” R. Brown, 36, of West Sunbury, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

Born on Oct. 4, 1985, in Butler, Billy was the son of William C. Brown and Tina L. (Brown) Porter.

Billy was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was employed at Keystone Ridge in East Butler.

He enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing and kayaking.

Billy is survived by his two sons, Landon and Ethan; his mother, Tina L. Porter of West Sunbury; his father, William C. Brown of Butler; one sister, Megan Confer of West Sunbury; his maternal grandfather, Robert E. Brown of West Sunbury; and many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.

BROWN — Visitation for William “Billy” R. Brown, who died Wednesday, March 1, 2023, will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
