BUTLER TWP — Visiting Nurses Association and Lifesteps will present a free program for caregivers called "Taking Charge." It will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month starting Sept. 14 at the VNA Community Bereavement Center at 160 Hindman Road.
