Paganies lift SRU to soccer triumphs
SLIPPERY ROCK — Ashley Paganie had a goal and two assists Wednesday as the Slippery Rock University women's soccer team defeated Millersville, 4-0, at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.
Paganie has scored a goal in each of SRU's first three games this season.
The Rock (3-0, 1-0) had a 22-4 advantage in total shots. Danielle Turner, Alyssa Barrett and Rachel Knapp also scored for The Rock. Goalkeeper Dana O'Neill secured her third shutout of the campaign.
SRU travels to West Chester for a noon game Saturday.
