Danny Nulph
Danny Arthur Nulph, 68, previously of Butler, passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at his residence, after a brief illness.
He was born on Sept. 16, 1954, in Butler, the son of the late Charles W. and Dorothy M. (Hand) Nulph.
Dan was a graduate of Butler High School, Class of 1972. He was employed as an offset pressman for the Erie Times News for 38 years. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and loved traveling across the country on his Harley. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. As he grew sick and began aggressive treatments, his only request to doctors was to promise he'd never lose those memories. In his final days, Danny spent many hours reliving precious moments by telling stories of his life to his daughters and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Nulph, brother-in-law, Don Rebmann; and nephew Brad Gaiser, all of Butler.
He is survived by his daughters, Lena Bruno (Tony), Jessica Rutkowski (Jake) and Kerrie Pettinato (Jason); granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Kylie Bruno, and Breanna, Reese and Alivia Rutkowski, all of Erie; sisters, Linda Correa (Gabe) of Placentia, Calif., and Bonnie Rebmann; and a brother, Barry Nulph (Jennifer) of Butler.
Danny hoped to help others after his death by electing to be a part of the Humanity Gifts Registry, with studies at LECOM Medical School.
