SRU men blank Shippensburg
Rajan Phanda scored a goal in the 47th minute to lead the Slippery Rock University men's soccer team to a 4-0 victory over Shippensburg in a PSAC contest Saturday.
The game was scoreless until The Rock (3-1, 3-1) erupted for four second-half goals.
Ed Mocarsky, Ben Hauber and Lucas Feathers also scored for SRU, who outshot the Red Raiders (2-1, 1-1) 21-17.
