BOB RUMMEL (Knoch), a member of the Grove City College men's track team, won the 110 high hurdles (16.56 seconds) and 400 hurdles (1:02.13) Wednesday at the Grove City Quad, which was an unscored meet against Geneva, St. Vincent and Westminster.
