CABOT — Country music performers The Mainhart Family will perform Aug. 27 at Cooper Cabin Pioneer Homestead, 199 Cooper Road.The homestead will be open for tours from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $1 for youth and free for children younger than 5 and historical society members.Notices, in writing, of festivals, fundraising events, newly elected officers and other news from clubs and nonprofit groups should be sent to the Focus department one week in advance of the event.
