Christian H. Wilker III
Christian H. Wilker III, 61, of Butler passed away Friday at 10:37 a.m. at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
He was born Dec. 30, 1952, in Grove City to the late Christian H. Wilker Jr. and Nellie E. (Cable) Wilker.
Mr. Wilker worked as a truck driver for 34 years for Bakerstown Container Corp in Bakerstown, retiring in 2008. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He also enjoyed fishing, cars and woodworking.
Mr. Wilker is survived by his wife, Linda Wilker, who he married Sept. 27, 1974; two daughters, Belinda Wilker and Christin Wilker, both of Butler; one brother, David Wilker and his wife, Liz, of Rantoul, Ill.; two sisters, Donna Frasier and her husband, Bert, of Oxnard, Calif., and Cheryl Stich and her husband, Rick, of Portersville; five nieces; eight nephews; and a number of great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Anna Mary Wilker.
WILKER — Friends of Christian H. Wilker III, who died Friday, Sept. 12, 2014, will be received Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 7 p.m. with the Rev.
