The Mars Area High School student council will sponsor an American Red Cross Blood Drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 28.

Donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh more than 110 pounds and be in general good health. To be eligible to give blood, all students must present identification and a signed parent consent form available online at marsk12.org.

The blood drive is also open to any parents or community members who wish to donate. To schedule an appointment, visit redcrossblood.org.
