The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts.

Feb. 9 — An orange 2023-24 vehicle inspection sticker was reported missing or stolen from Meridian Muffler on Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township. The sticker contains the serial number A132041147.

Feb. 6 — A Pennsylvania license plate XJG8707 was reported stolen from a utility trailer owned by a Saxonburg man at 1050 Saxonbug Road. The theft occurred between 10 a.m. Feb. 5 and 7 p.m. Feb. 6.

July 19 — Shane W. Young, 49, of Slippery Rock, and Nicole Delores Petry, 33, of Zelienople, were arrested on drug charges after police served a warrant on Petry at the intersection of Route 38 and Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township in Venango County. Police said Petry was a passenger in a vehicle that arrived at the location troopers were observing. A large amount of heroin and paraphernalia were found in the vehicle, police said. Both were charged with three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, three misdemeanor counts of possession and three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Young is being held in the Clarion County prison in lieu of $25,000 bail while he is awaiting a preliminary hearing. Petry waived her preliminary hearing, and was released from the Butler County prison after her bail was reduced to nonmonetary bail.
