Debra “Debbie” Kay Russell
Debra “Debbie” Kay Russell, 65, of Forward Township passed away Thursday while under the care of Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Aug. 26, 1952, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Alton Duane Wilson and Arvella Olinger Phillips Wilson.
Debbie was Protestant by faith.
Her family moved to Wheaton, Md., in 1954, where she was raised. She graduated from Wheaton High School and attended nursing school at Prince George Hospital. She worked in the nursing field for a number of years.
Debbie moved back to Evans City in 1985 and she worked at Traco before her retirement. She married Jack Russell on Aug. 16, 1999, in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
She is survived by her husband, Jack, of Evans City; her mother, Arvella Wilson, of Gibsonia; her children, Scott Lee Rhinehart of Inwood, W.Va., and D'Ann Bradley of Center Township; her stepsons, Jack (Stephanie) Russell Jr. of Clay Township and Sean Russell of Prospect; her brothers, Robert Duane Wilson of Norman, Okla., and Stephen Alton Wilson of Flintstone, Md.; her grandchildren, Cody, Cheyanne, Sabastian, Christopher, Justin and Emily; one great-grandchild, Ashton; her nieces, Katie Lynn Nava and Gabriella Marie Nava; and her nephews, Travis Duane Wilson and Carlos Alberto Nava, all of Norman, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her father on Feb. 14, 1999.
RUSSELL — A memorial service for Debra “Debbie” Kay Russell, who died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E.
