Joseph E. Anthony
Joseph E. Anthony, 76, of Zelienople passed away Thursday.
Born May 27, 1938, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Charles B. Anthony and Lillian (Lusby) Anthony.
Joe formerly attended St. Paul Lutheran Church and proudly served our country in the U.S. Army.
He worked for 32 years as a chemical operator for MSA before retiring.
He was a member of the Harmony Lodge 429 F & AM. In his free time, he enjoyed camping, traveling, fishing, movies and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Joe will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Jane (Feyock) Anthony, who he married Nov. 13, 1961; three children, Christina Boss of Cranberry Township, Joseph Anthony of Beaver Falls and David (Diane) Anthony of Harmony; six grandchildren, Alicia, Sara, Brooke, Tyler, Nicole and Jacob; and three great-grandchildren, Koston, Mia and Olivia.
Joseph was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Anthony; two grandchildren, Samuel and Katelyn Anthony; and an infant sister.
