Jean H. McDougal
Jean H. McDougal, 88, of Butler, formerly of Monongahela, passed away at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday at Saxony Health Center.
She was born April 11, 1923, in New Eagle, Pa., to the late Harry Hansen and Effie J. Siberling Hansen.
Mrs. McDougal was a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing cards, crafts and especially crocheting and knitting.
Mrs. McDougal is survived by one son, John “Jack” R. McDougal and his wife, Deborah, of Altoona; one daughter, Debbie Ferguson and her husband, John, of Butler; one stepdaughter, Bonnie Beck and her husband, Norm, of Wilkes-Barre; five grandchildren, Kylee and Kaytee McDougal, Shannon Ferguson, Brian Beck and Cindy Searfoss; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Eileen Russell of Elizabeth, Pa., and Edith Brown of Las Vegas, Nev.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. McDougal, who she married Nov. 14, 1953, and who passed away Aug. 2002; and one sister, Alice Miller.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. J.
