SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University seniors Andrew Koester and Jermaine Wynn Jr. have received PSAC West football honors this week.

Koester, SRU’s quarterback, was named Offensive Athlete of the Week for the second straight week. He had a perfect NFL passer rating of 158.3, completing 20 of 22 passes for 328 yards and five touchdowns, all in the first half, in his team’s 75-0 win over Clarion.

Wynn was named Special Teams Athlete of the Week, returning a punt 77 yards for a touchdown and averaging 38.3 yards on three punt returns. He had 181 all-purpose yards.
