AIR POWER
Charles Stumpf employs some kite power as he skis on Lake Arthur at Moraine State Park recently. Moraine will host the 5th annual Winterfest from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at McDanel’s Launch on the North Shore. Many activities are planned including a chili cook-off, live music, chain saw and ice carving, hiking and an ice fishing demonstration.
