Jack H. Burtoft
Jack H. Burtoft, 75, of Butler passed away Wednesday at Cranberry Place.
Born June 8, 1940, in Turtle Creek, Pa., he was the son of Thomas Burtoft and Clara Bellin Burtoft.
He worked as a truck driver for Pepsi.
He was a life member of the Hilltop Beagle Club in Cowansville. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Beatrice Mosay Burtoft, who he married Oct. 17, 1963; his daughter, Becky (Sean) Schroeder of Fenelton; his son, John (Cheyl) Burtoft of Sarver; five grandchildren, Tyler, Brittany, Travis, Madison and Nicole; his siblings, Tom Burtoft of Bowling Green, Ky., Val Rebel of Evans City, Donnie Burtoft of Boston, Mass., and Charmane Warble of Turtle Creek, Pa.; and two special friends, Ron Davidson and Brad Lucco.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his stepmother, Mary Burtoft; one brother, Robert Burtoft; and one sister, Melinda Hess.
BURTOFT — A memorial service for Jack Burtoft, who died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2015, will at 11 a.m. Friday at the Zion United Methodist Church, 438 Bear Creek Road, Sarver.Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.The Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg, is assisting with the arrangments.
