Bernice M. (Pink) Blinky-Cosco

Bernice M. (Pink) Blinky-Cosco, 86, of Irwin died Sunday in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.

She was born Aug. 24, 1926, in Edna, Pa., and was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Borstner) Pink.

Prior to retirement she was a deputy sheriff for Beaver County where she served as office manager. She was a member of the Ascension Church, Jeannette, Pa.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Cosco; a son, Dr. David G. Blinky (Betty); a daughter, Dr. Audrey E. Kali; grandchildren, Jonathan Blinky (Robyn), Jennifer Wolfgang, Christopher Blinky (Jessica), Matthew Blinky (Lindsay), Erin Uzes (Yorick) and Julia Dittrich; four grandchildren, stepchildren Mark Cosco, Valerie Cosco and Stephanie Sciore; and two stepgrandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, George Blinky; a brother, John Pink Jr.; and three sisters, Carol Birk, Florence Cochran and Dorothy Bolam.

BLINKY-COSCO — Friends of Bernice M. (Pink) Blinky-Cosco, who died Sunday, April 14, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, 201 N. First St., Jeannette, Pa. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Ascension Church, 615 Division St., Jeannette, Pa. Interment will be in Mt.
