Kim Nowakowski, a graduate of Butler High School, recorded game highs of 18 points and 11 rebounds Sunday, scoring her 1,000th career point in the process to lead the California (Pa.) University women's basketball team to a 90-49 victory over Bloomsburg.
Nowakowski, who became the 20th player in team history to reach 1,000 points, earned her ninth double-double in 12 games this season and the 26th in her 76-game career at Cal.
