Daniel R. Minto
Daniel R. Minto, 56, of Sarver, formerly of Butler, passed away Saturday at his home.
He was born Feb. 15, 1959, in Butler, the son of the late Diana (Ausher) Halin.
Dan had been a pharmacist technician. He enjoyed trout fishing in Lake Erie and local creeks. He loved sports, music and having fun enjoying life with his friends and family.
Surviving are his children, Kelcey Minto of Philadelphia, Derek Minto of Pittsburgh and Todd (April) Nussbaumer of Freeport; three grandchildren, Junette and Jade Nussbaumer and Allyson Burchett; two brothers, Michael Ford of Butler and Scott Halin of Evans City; and his stepfather, Lucian Halin of Butler.
He was preceded in death by his mother; his wife, Cynthia Minto; and his son, Eric Nussbaumer.
