William E. 'Bill' Kellerman Sr.

William E. “Bill” Kellerman Sr., 63, of Parker, Perry Township, Clarion County, passed away Saturday morning at his home after a brief illness.

He was born on Feb. 28, 1951, in Beaver Township, Clarion County, to the late John F. Bowser Sr. and Nellie T. Kellerman Bowser, and was raised by the late William and Gladys Kellerman.

Bill worked as a drag line operator for the C & K Coal Co. in his earlier years. He last worked for Glass Mear in Butler as oil man.

He was a member of the National Guard for seven years.

Bill was a Baptist. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

Bill is survived by his eight children, William E. Kellerman Jr. and his wife, Missy, of Pleasantville, Jennifer Rossman and her husband, Lee, of Knox, Melissa Meilutis and her husband, Scott, of Knox, Steve Kellerman and his wife, Jennifer, of Knox, Amy Hisle and her husband, Carl, of Ohio, Elizabeth Kellerman of Titusville, Christopher Kellerman of Titusville, and Kayla Lortie and her husband, Eugene, of Butler, and his 15 grandchildren. Also surviving are his five brothers, Eugene T. Kellerman and his wife, Jan, of Sligo, John F. Bowser Jr. and his wife, Patti, of Knox, Thomas J. Bowser Sr. and his wife, Kathy, of Parker, Rick Bowser of Butler, and Geno Bowser of Waynesburg; his two sisters, Nellie Stiffy and her husband, Chuck, of Sligo, and Margie Dawson and her husband, Jim, of Rimersburg, and his numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; his three sisters, Betty Bowser, Barb Wilbert and Debbie Kirkwood, and his nephew, Michael McMillen.

Kellerman— The family of William E. “Bill” Kellerman Sr., who passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at theBurns Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Rimersburg.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev.
