Moulayianis

Susan M. Moulayianis, 67, of Butler, formally of Warren, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, with her loving husband by her side while under the care of Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

Born June 19, 1955, in Warren, she was the daughter of the late Anne Popovich Benson.

Susan’s first job was at Heckett Engineering Co., where she met her husband Chuck in 1975. A year later they were married on Aug. 12, 1976. She was a housewife while raising their children. Later on, she was employed at JCPenney and then went to work for Welsch Financial Services. Her last job was at the Butler Country Club before retiring in 2011. She was a member of the Junior Women’s Club and was instrumental in developing the Dangerous Stranger Program for children. She takes with her fond memories of her family, especially her grandchildren, and will always be remembered as a kind and caring person. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by those who were close to her.

Susan leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 46 years, Charles Moulayianis; her children, Nathan (Rachel) Moulayianis and Krista (Michael) Barbeau; her siblings, Raymond (Becky) Benson, Rayanne (Barry) Welsch and Lisa (David) Cook; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

MOULAYIANIS — Friends of Susan M. Moulayianis, who died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, will be received from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Thursday at the BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.
