NAMI Butler County will have a Zoom discussion of the book, “What My Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing From Complex Trauma” by Stephaine Foo at 7 p.m. Jan. 26.

All are welcome, even those who have not read the book. The discussion will be led by NAMI volunteers who will try to make the discussions gentle and kind as participants consider the difficulties and possibilities of living with mental health conditions using the lens of literature to inform the conversation. The book is available in the Butler County Library System.
