Gary L. Lascek
Gary L. Lascek, 43, of North Reading, Mass., formerly of Sarver, passed away on Monday after a brief illness.
Born in New Kensington and raised in Sarver, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a chemical engineering degree.
Gary worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years and most recently lived in the Boston, Mass., area.
Gary loved spending time with family and friends, watching movies and reading science fiction and fantasy novels. An avid animal lover, he especially enjoyed spending time with all of his pets over the years.
Gary was a beloved son-in-law and brother-in-law and a special uncle to 10 nieces and nephews. His easy personality made him a cherished friend to many.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; his parents, Raymond and Barbara Lascek; and his sisters, Mya Jenkins (Dean) Lascek and Vanessa Lascek.
LASCEK — Family and friends of Gary L. Lascek, who died Monday, March 12, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the FRANK F. GIGLER FUNERAL HOME, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Dr. James C.
