Clotilde “Clo” A. Braman

Clotilde “Clo” A. Braman, 88, passed away March 15 at Shenango on the Green, New Wilmington, Pa.

Born in Greenport, N.Y., Sept. 10, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Caroline (Schmitt) Karsten of Southold, N.Y.

Clo loved to sing, bake, travel and garden and was very active in Greenlawn Presbyterian, Sharon Presbyterian and Shenango on the Green. She also had been a teacher and office manager.

Clo is lovingly remembered by her children, Heidi (Chad) Burford of Mars, and Paul Braman (Mary) of Canon, Ga.; her grandchildren, Matt (April) Burford, Amy (Bill) Montgomery, Justin (Brittany) Fowler and Rocky Fowler; her great-grandchildren, Della and Jacob Burford, Will and Everlyn Montgomery, and Olivia Fowler and Harley Fowler; her brother and sister-in-law; niece and nephews; and other family members.

Clo was preceded in death by her husband, Henry (Hank) Braman, whom she married in 1953 in Greenlawn, N.Y., and who passed away in 2002; and her son, Robert W. Braman, who passed away in 2006.

BRAMAN — Friends of Clotilde “Clo” A. Braman, who died Thursday, March 15, 2018, are invited to a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018, at LifePointe Alliance, 997 Route 228, Mars. The Rev. Paul Cope will officiate.An interment service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Sharon Presbyterian Church, Hartwell, Ga., with the Rev.
