Diana Maxine Ellison
Diana Maxine Ellison, 75, of Seminole, Fla., passed into the Lord's loving arms on Feb. 3.
Originally from Butler, she and her family moved to Florida in 1973. She was one of the most kind, loving, and giving persons the world has ever known. An extremely devoted wife and mother, her life was all about giving and serving others through her many wonderful talents.
Being an excellent cook who could make the best pies in the world, she enjoyed sharing them with others to brighten their day. As a talented organist, she filled our home with wonderful music. We enjoyed many years of Christmas carols with family and friends gathered around the organ with her father, Mac, singing harmony at the top of his voice and sometimes on key. She loved her morning devotional quiet times, dancing, volleyball, and sunsets on the beach. Her smile and warmth will be sorely missed and her family will forever cherish the memories of this amazing woman.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Michelle.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond; her brother, David (Sheryl); her son, Lee (Cyrene); her daughter, Delana (Tom); her four grandchildren, and her nine great-grandchildren.
