Betty Lou Zellhart
Betty Lou Zellhart, 79, of West Mayfield was called home by her Lord and Savior on Sunday at her home surrounded by the love of her family.
Born March 22, 1934, in Sharpsburg, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Harold and Leona (McClosky) Winters.
Prior to living in West Mayfield, Betty Lou lived in Marathon, Fla., with her husband from 1980 to 2001. During these years, she worked for and retired from the Marathon School District where she had various positions.
She was a member of the Christ's Lutheran Church and the American Legion, both in Beaver Falls.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Edward “Bill” Zellhart of West Mayfield; three sons and their wives, Edward William Jr. and Rhonda Zellhart of Ellwood City, Michael and Beth Zellhart of Butler and Richard and Kimberly Zellhart of Seaford, Del.; 10 grandchildren, and a brother and sister-in-law, William and Ellie Winters of Baden.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Judy; two sisters, Jeannie Perry and Connie Winters; and two brothers, Jack and James Winters.
