Wires down on garbage truck in Winfield Twp.
First responders were called Tuesday morning to an incident where a Vogel garbage truck pulled down wires in the 500 block of Helmbold Avenue in Winfield Township, a dispatcher said.
The report came in at about 10:30 a.m.
West Penn Power was alerted to the situation.
