Lindsey Jo Collins, 28, of Herman Road, Butler, died Tuesday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Butler, Oct. 28, 1982, a daughter of Chris Collins and Linda Spinneweber Collins Clark.

She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Herman.

She is survived by the joy and love of her life, her 3-year-old daughter, Willow Marie Womack; her fiance, Jason Womack of Butler; her parents, Chris Collins of Herman and Linda Clark of Butler; two sisters, Emily (Jeff) Todd of Phoenix, Ariz., and Kristy (Rick) Fundark of Butler; a brother, Casey M. (Katie) Collins of Butler; her grandparents, Paul and Ruth Spinneweber of Butler; her beloved nieces and nephews, Hunter, Katlynn, Ethan, Allison, Victorian, Lillian, Austin and Chandler; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins

<B>COLLINS</B> — Friends of Lindsey Jo Collins, who died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, will be received at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 821 Herman Road, Butler. The Rev. Mark Carter, O.F.M. Cap., will officiate. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to a trust fund that has been established for her daughter, the Willow Womack Benefit Fund, c/o First Niagara Bank, 360 Center Ave., Butler, PA 16001.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
