Heyl

Helen G. Heyl, 91, of Cabot, formerly of Saxonburg, passed away on Dec. 20, 2022, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Born Oct. 21, 1931, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Albert and Mary (Rossitz) Gehringer.

Helen had worked as a dietitian for St. Barnabas in Gibsonia.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish – St. Joseph Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers and was a Eucharistic minister.

Surviving is her daughter, Beth (David) Kriberney of Butler; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Phlund.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lawrence W. “Bill” Heyl; her son, Gary Heyl; her daughter, Kathy Meyers; one brother; and one sister.

HEYL — There will be no visitation or services for Helen G. Heyl, who died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022.

A memorial Mass will be held later.
