Elizabeth “Betsy” Kress, 62, of Coraopolis, formerly of Cranberry Township and Wexford, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 19, 2022, with family at her side.

Betsy was born on July 3, 1960, and was the daughter of the late Raymond W. Sr. and Estelle (Porter) Kress.

She is survived by her siblings, Elaine (Raymond) Raible, Raymond W. (Janice) Kress Jr. and Robert E. (Susan) Kress; her nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Betsy will be lovingly missed and forever remembered for her infectious smile and big heart. She loved the Steelers, and her favorite dance move, the jive.

KRESS — Family and friends of Elizabeth “Betsy” Kress, who died Monday, Dec. 19, 2022, are welcome from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Divine Grace Parish, St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, with the Rev. John Gallagher officiating.

Interment will follow at Holy Savior Cemetery in Pine Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Betsy’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
