Rose Marie DePaolis
Rose Marie DePaolis, 92, of Butler passed away Saturday at the YWCA Personal Care Residence in Butler.
Born in Butler on Dec. 14, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore “Sam” and Anna (Pintell) DeFoggi.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
Rose was employed for 30 years as the store manager at Bartoli’s Cleaners in the Greater Butler Mart.
She is survived by two sisters, Angie Bartoli of Butler and Louise Puntureri and her husband, Rock, of Butler; two nieces, Sally (Kirk) Thompson of Bethel Park and Lori (Dr. David) Bencie of Windber; one nephew, Rick Puntureri of Tampa, Fla.; and a number of great- and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph DePaolis, who passed away Dec. 24, 1976.
DEPAOLIS — Friends of Rose Marie DePaolis, who died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017, will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Ave., Butler. Burial will take place in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.
