Larry Dale Turner, 47, of Fenelton passed away Thursday at 2:50 p.m. at LifeCare Hospital at Alle-Kiski Medical Center.

He was born Aug. 21, 1967, in Butler to the late Roy D. Turner Sr. and Esther J. (Snow) Turner.

Larry worked at various jobs in the Butler area. He loved going to Lernerville and enjoyed watching NASCAR races. Larry loved his animals, especially his four-legged kids.

Larry is survived by his wife, Karen E. (Chupka) Turner, who he married Aug. 23, 1996; one sister, Susan Rodgers and her husband, Stephen, of Butler; one brother, Kevin Turner of Cabot; his mother-in-law, Linda Chupka of Butler; his father-in-law, John Chupka and his wife, Judy, of Kane; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Roy D. Turner Jr.

TURNER — Friends of Larry Dale Turner, who died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014, will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Joel A. Benson of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.
