January 7, 1944 to March 9, 1986

For someone who meant so much

And loved by all he knew

Who left behind a trail of tears

And precious moments, too.

Although you have been gone for 30 years,

Your love is still our guide

And though we can not see you

We often feel you by our side.

We are never far apart,

For every time we think of you,

You’re right here, deep within our hearts.
