Florence Morrison “Puncey” Stroup, 94, of Westlake Village, Calif., passed away on Oct. 10, 2020.

Florence was born in Reynoldsville, Pa., and was the daughter of Austin and Esther Morrison of Petrolia.

Florence lived for many years in Petrolia and Chicora.

She was an accomplished painter and fabric artist.

Florence was married to Dale Stroup, who preceded her in death in 2006.

Florence is survived by her three children, Austin Bruce Stroup and his wife, Cheryl, of Missoula, Mont., Dr. Shelley Gaskin and her husband, Fred, of Westlake Village, Calif., and Tracey Stroup of Simi Valley, Calif. and her partner, Greg Such.
