The Associated Artists of Butler County hosts the third annual AABC Invitational Art Show at Cranberry Township's Municipal Center through July 18. Then the work will be transferred to The Art Center in Butler where an artists' reception will be from 7 to 9 p.m. July 25. The band Harmony Hot Haus will perform. Admission to the Butler reception is free. The show in Butler will then continue through Aug. 2. In The Art Center, the Member Galleries will be displaying the works of Sally Jones Rodgers and Patricia Young through Aug. 2. A regional woodturners show ends Friday. The Art Center, 344 S. Main St., is open noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Gallery admission is free. Call 724-283-6922 or visit www.butlerartcenter.org.

Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., presents 22 watercolors by the late Taiwanese artist Ran In-Ting through Aug. 31. The Maridon is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8. Guided tours are available with advance notice for no extra charge. Saxonburg Area Artists Cooperative, 215 W. Main St., rear, Saxonburg, concludes a one-woman exhibit of oil paintings, watercolors and pastels by Pittsburgh artist Karen Ferrick Saturday. Admission is free. Gallery hours are noon to 8 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays. Call 412-260-5779.

Silver Eye Center for Photography, 1015 E. Carson St., will host a Photo Safari to PNC Park from 4 to 10 p.m. Aug. 5. A game is included. Fee is $85 for nonmembers.
