Audrey (Haley) Bohnert Shanahan, 102, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022, surrounded by family.

Born Nov. 30, 1920, in McDonald, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Della (Weary) Haley.

Audrey was a registered nurse, and had retired from the Veterans Administration.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was the mother of two daughters, Kathleen Kennedy of North Carolina, and Judith (David) Williams of Cranberry Township; and her beloved son, the late Howard Bohnert Jr. (Beth).

She also is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her sister, Laura Marie (Edwin) Brandt.

In addition to her parents and her son, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver J. Shanahan; and her brother, Charles Haley Jr.

SHANAHAN — The family of Audrey (Haley) Bohnert Shanahan, who died Monday, Dec. 5, 2022, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at KING FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hampton Presbyterian Church, 2942 E. Hardies Road, Gibsonia, with the Rev. Dr. Ted Martin officiating.

She will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens in Cranberry Township.
