Santa Claus will take time out of his busy schedule next week to give sleigh rides in Jackson Township.

The Jolly Old Elf and his ride will visit from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 15 at Jackson Township Police Department, 140 Magill Road.

Santa will pilot his sleigh north to Hartmann Road, then cruise throughout the township and Evans City before ending at 141 Zehner School Road.

Jackson Township Police, Harmony Fire District and Harmony EMS have teamed up with Wallace Towing to bring Santa and his sleigh to the township.

First responders from those organizations also will be on hand to meet and greet children who come for a sleigh ride.
