Barbara C. “Betty” Loehlein

Barbara C. “Betty” Loehlein, 86, of Gibsonia, formerly of the North Hills, passed away Tuesday.

She was the beloved wife for 63 years of Conrad Loehlein; the loving mother of Werner (Michelle), Steve (Denise) and Linda Ober (Edward); the proud grandmother of Eric Loehlein, Rachel Ober, Jennifer Basantani, Nicole Ober, Mark Loehlein, Brian Loehlein and Lindsay Paradis; and the devoted great-grandmother of many.

She also is survived by her loving friends and relatives.

Barbara and Conrad came to the U.S. from Germany in 1952. Her ability as a seamstress allowed her to donate her time with the comfort blanket ministry at St. Ferdinand's.

LOEHLEIN — Friends of Barbara C. “Betty” Loehlein, who died Tuesday, April 12, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Comfort Blanket Ministry, c/o St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
