Juanita Thompson
Juanita Louise Thompson, 63, passed away Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, at her residence.
She was married to Kelly Sheehan Thompson, who resides at the residence in Slippery Rock.
She was born Oct. 31, 1959, in Butler, to David Leroy Lintz and Bernice Marie Whitley Lintz.
A graduate of Freedom High School, Juanita went on to become a pharmacy technician and cashier at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Slippery Rock.
She enjoyed flower arranging and had worked in that capacity at Pepper’s Florist in Slippery Rock.
She enjoyed visiting the Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, W.Va.
Juanita attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Butler.
She is survived by two daughters, Amber M. Thompson of Butler, and Adrienne K. (Brian) Devlin of Lisbon, Ohio; her mother, Bernice Lintz of Columbiana, Ohio; her sister, Karen (Gregory) Oakman of Austintown, Ohio; her brother, Mark (Cynthia) Lintz of Saxonburg; and seven grandchildren, Dakota Skye Sadie Lynn, Ireland Kelly Thompson, Madison Grace Devlin, Conner Liam Devlin, Aiden James Devlin, Braden Thomas Devlin, and Mackensley Ruth Selma Devlin.
She was preceded in death by her father; her son, Beau James; and her grandson, Logan James Scott Devlin.
THOMPSON — A memorial service for Juanita Louise Thompson, who died Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 157 Unionville Road, Butler, and led by Chris Bowser. The funeral will be at a date and time to be announced in the Butler Eagle.
In addition to people wishing to attend in person at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, a Zoom service will also be available to accommodate friends and family.
