Raymond L. Miller

Raymond L. Miller, 80, of Connoquenessing Township, Renfrew, died Saturday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Pittsburgh on May 1, 1932, he was the son of the late Edward and Florence Lang Miller.

Raymond had been a custodian for the North Allegheny School District for 20 years.

He was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church of Evans City and had served as a corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was the father of Raeanne Meyerl of Mars and Greg Miller and his wife, Diane, of Zelienople; grandfather of Brooke and Ben Miller and Brandon Meyerl; and brother of Albert Miller of Wallep Lake, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Land Miller, who he married on May 1, 1953, and who died on March 14, 2012; and by two sons, David and Michael Miller.

MILLER — Friends of Raymond L. Miller, who died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
