Joyce E. Zeigler McClymonds, 65, of Prospect, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley Beaver, following an illness.

Born Oct. 22, 1957, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Earl G. and Kathleen F. Rodgers Zeigler.

She was a 1976 graduate of Slippery Rock Area High School, and was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Prospect.

In addition to being a mom, she held a variety of jobs in the local area over the years. She enjoyed reading, word searches, and spending time with her loving family.

She is survived by her husband, Terry D. McClymonds, whom she married June 10, 1978; her daughter, Janis E. McClymonds of Prospect; her sisters, Phyllis Roth of Altoona, Iowa, and Jean (Larry) Taggart of Slippery Rock; her niece, Amy (David) Horn of Canonsburg; her nephews, Brian (Barbara) Roth of Iowa, Christopher (Courtney) Taggart of Franklin, Matthew (Diane) Taggart of North Carolina; and her great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant twin sister; and her brother-in-law, Jerry Roth.

MCCLYMONDS — Visitation for Joyce E. Zeigler McClymonds, who died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 387 Main St., Prospect.

A private interment will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.
