Judith M. “Judy” Marshall, 81, of Zelienople, passed away on Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, while under the care of Rose Crest Lutheran Home in Mars.

Judy was born Oct. 17, 1941, in Frankfort, Ky., and raised in Bellevue, Ky., and she was a graduate of Morehead State University.

Judy was a faithful member of St. Peter’s Reformed Church in Zelienople, where she sang in the choir and volunteered for funeral luncheons.

Judy was a second grade school teacher at Haine Elementary, and was employed by the Seneca Valley School District for 22 years until her retirement.

She was a former vice president of the Zelienople-Harmony Historical Society and the League of Women Voters. Judy also enjoyed traveling with her family, and her cats. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 56 years, Robert H. Marshall, whom she married June 18, 1966; and her son, Jeffrey A. Marshall and his wife, Nicole D. Campbell.

Judy was preceded in death by her father, Cecil O. Moore; her mother, Alice Blacketer Goldsberry; her stepfather, Wilbur Goldsberry; and her brother, Gary S. Goldsberry.

MARSHALL — A memorial service for Judith M. “Judy” Marshall, who died Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, will be held at 11a.m. Friday at St. Peter’s Reformed Church, 320 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with Pastor Maurice Smith, officiating.

Memorial donations may be made in Judy’s honor to St. Peter’s Reformed Church; the Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree St., NE, Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30309 (or donate online at https://www.arthritis.org/donate); or the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
