John Martin Beyer Jr.

John Martin Beyer Jr., 69, of Saxonburg passed away on Saturday at his home.

Born Nov. 4, 1949, in West Deer Township, he was the son of the late John M. Beyer Sr. and Loretta Heiner Beyer.

John was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He served his time proudly.

He had worked as a dishwasher at Barkus Bakery, Eat'n Park, Kings and Atria's.

He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot.

He enjoyed classic cars and was an avid Steelers, Penguins and Pirates fan.

Surviving are his daughter, Margaret Beyer of Saxonburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Judith M. Lutz Beyer, who passed away April 30, 2009.

BEYER — Friends of John Martin Beyer Jr., who died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church with the Rev.
